We provide coaching to groups and organisations. In high performance or challenged situations we also offer a limited number of 1:1 coaching.

Happiness, and how to achieve it, appeals to most people.
Your Daily Bread’s founder, Andrew Stead studied the subject and wrote a book summarising the main issues. He then created a course to share his learnings, with fantastic results.
Working with people from all walks of life, and running days with groups including theatre collectives, coaching businesses and other organisations Your Daily Bread also created a well-being Day Event in 2013 involving experts such Oliver James, Susan Quilliam and Ben Hunt-Davis OBE.
Our belief if that understanding this new science and deploying simple tools with regular practice, and through coaching, anyone can build resilience and improve the well-being of their life. That is what Your Daily Bread is about.
