Your Daily Bread is sustenance for life. It’s what you need to keep going, stay strong and maximise life. We help people and organisations develop their Well-being and Resilience to lead healthy, positive and fulfilling lives.

Andrew explains the Rise of Your Daily Bread

I studied the theory and the science and wrote a book about the main problems and what I thought could be done. There may be plenty of reasons why people and society are unhappy, there are also more resources available than ever before to sort the issues out!

But what could I realistically do about it? However deep I went into the subject, I came back to the basic premise that happiness should be the goal. But not happiness in the intangible sense. You often hear people talk about each other; they’re so happy how come he’s always so happy. The emphasis must be on the practical aspect, achieving real change in people’s lives. Hence the birth of Your Daily Bread.

So I started to share with people what I’ve picked by running workshops and classes. I’m working with people from all walks of life and running days with groups including theatre collectives, coaching businesses and other organisations. And I’m still learning from the people who come. The course is just the start of it. It means nothing if its not put into practice. So I keep in touch with everyone’s developments.

I believe that understanding this new science and deploying simple tools with regular practice can help anyone improve the happiness of their daily life. It’s certainly worked for me. And my aim is to help as many people as I can make it work for them.

But the litmus test is this: it’s the most fun I’ve ever had and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.
